DESIGN REQUIREMENTS | INFORMATION
When you complete your order form and it redirects you back to the site that is your confirmation that we have indeed received your order! A Pefair Productions representative will not contact you following the submission of your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns regarding your order. Once the order form is completed you can then make payment via PayPal at email@example.com. Then the process of your work begins! Feel free to reach out via email but please do not wait for a response once you have ordered until the designs are complete.
I NEED IT NOW, RUSH PLEASE!
Need your design asap? No problem, just add the rush option and we will have it to you in 24-72 depeding on the complexity of the project.
SUBMITTING MATERIALS FOR DESIGN
You are allowed a 2 week window to submit all information needed for your order that you may have left off your initial order form. This information can be send via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line be sure to put your business name followed by the name used on your order form. For images please use professional pictures. Do not send selfies, or any small low resolution images. We want to provide you with the best graphic experience. After 2 weeks the contract is void and no refunds will be available.
UH OHH I FORGOT SOMETHING
In the event that your package is completed or near completion and ready to launch and you need to add additional items and/or information to it that was not placed on the initial order form or sent prior to the project start time you will be subject to pay an additional fee and/or remaining balance due prior to any further changed being made to your project.
There are no refunds allowed on deposits paid and no refunds allowed on work that has already been started on or completed.
